Physiotherapy Service Fees: (effective 16 Jan 2017)

* includes 5-10 minutes administration/writing progress notes/communication

Payment Methods:

Private: Cash/Cheque/e-transfer

Veterans: VAC Health Identification Cards Accepted

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment cancellations can be made without penalty by calling 1-250-594-6602 or emailing rhonda@seniorsphysio.ca at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

First cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will not incur a penalty.

Each of two or more cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will be charged $40.

Private Pay Notes:

If you have an extended health plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for all or part of the fee(s). However, you will need to submit receipts to your extended health plan yourself. We are not able to bill extended health plans directly. Please check with your health plan to determine if physiotherapy services are covered. Some extended health insurance companies require a referral to physiotherapy from your physician. Please make sure you obtain this before your initial assessment.
